Description: This project was to develop an app for Siemens Mobility Quality Management Systems to log, update and report production order's discrepancies, corrections and communications. The functions include creation of discrepancy form, update form with corrections, delete the form, PDF outputs, and reporting. 

Steven's Roles: Lead project design, coding and deployment.
